Zhejiang Jusheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2023, Zhejiang Jusheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a new enterprise jointly established by Jujie Technology Development Group Co., Ltd. and Ninghai Qiansheng Mould Factory. It is mainly engaged in mould manufacturing, as well as the development and production of moulded products. With 17 years of in-depth experience in the mould industry, Qiansheng Mould boasts independent R&D capabilities.
Covering a total area of 50,000 square meters (equivalent to 75 mu), the company has four workshops with distinct functions:
- Workshop 1: Assembly of wind power hybrid tower moulds
- Workshop 2: One-stop services for plastic mould processing and manufacturing
- Workshop 3: Welding and assembly of components for wind power hybrid tower moulds
- Workshop 4: Production of stamping moulds and manufacturing & processing of wind tower mould components
The company currently has a workforce of over 500 employees, among whom 90% hold college degrees or above. It has a large team of high-caliber senior engineers specializing in fine chemical development and professional management personnel. Equipped with more than 200 sets of advanced domestic and foreign production equipment and technology, the company owns CNC machines, 3-axis & 5-axis linkage high-speed machining centers, CNC gantry milling machines, coordinate measuring machines, Taiwan Xionghong 5-axis gantry machines, CNC milling machines, high-speed milling machines, Lijing gantry machining centers, numerically controlled high-precision wire-cutting machines, CNC lathes, and electric discharge machines (EDM).
